72 Volt L16 Battery Watering System
This 72 Volt L16 Battery Watering Systems is specifically designed for use with most Rolls Surrette batteries, Trojan Battery L16, T-105RE, and Crown L16 batteries.
This specific battery watering system includes 36x – VB-TB5S valves, end caps, T-connectors and ample tubing to connect all the batteries in your application to allow for a one point watering system.
This kit is great for airport Tugs and any other application where you have 12x L16 batteries in a series to generate motive or standby power.
Any Battery Watering system is designed to give you a system that allows for quick and easy maintenance of your Lead acid battery bank. It is accomplished by replacing the battery’s existing vent caps with valves that are interconnected with tubing, allowing the user to fill all cells of the battery bank from a single point. Quick connect connectors – Snap on/snap off water connections turn the timely task of watering batteries into a quick, simple task taking seconds or minutes, not hours! Each valve independently shuts off water flow to the cell when the proper electrolyte level is reached, allowing the batteries to be filled perfectly every time without having to look at the batteries.

The tubing barbs eliminate the need for clamps, and they are angled to make installation easy in tight configurations.
The z-Lock feature integrates the tee piece with the valve for added strength.
Quick Look Indicator
This unique indicator eye is visible from the top and side. It confirms proper operation of the valve.
Low Profile Design
The unique valve design reduces the risk of damage from battery cables.
Installation is fast and easy: Gently push the valve into the vent well to install. No twisting is necessary to lock the valve in place.
Solid One Piece Float
Acid, temperature and impact resistant float is solidly constructed and cannot absorb water.
The spark arrestor prevents flames or sparks from entering through the battery vent opening.
