READ THIS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

Your Delta Q comes pre-loaded with 10 charging profiles (called algorithms). As a courtesy to you, we will program your charger to match your batteries as the default profile. This service is performed free of charge before we ship your battery since it is very difficult for the end user to do without a Delta Q programmer. Programming your algorithm settings will give your batteries optimal performance and longevity.

In the Customer Comments section of the order at check-out, please provide this information which can usually be found on the battery label:

1. Individual voltage of each battery and quantity of batteries.
2. Chemistry of your batteries (lead acid, AGM, gel)
3. Amp-hour rating at 20hr.
4. Manufacturer and Model of your battery.

NOTE:  If you do not provide the information above with your order, we will ship your charger to you with the stock default program. The charger will still function, but not optimally. We will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from the charger default setting.
