Designed to keep your golf cart bench seat secure but also allow user to access battery hold area be simply lifting up on hip restraint attached to seat bottom. These are E-Z-GO OEM parts, not some knock off part. Easy installation in minutes with basic tools. Can be secured with rivets or screws. (SS Rivets or SS flat head screw with lock nut recommended)
